Terms of Service

By using ConfessReels, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use ConfessReels. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for your account and any activity on it. Keep your login credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

3. Content Rules — Zero Tolerance

ConfessReels has a zero-tolerance policy for the following:

  • Threats, violence, or instructions to cause harm
  • Harassment, bullying, or targeted abuse of any individual
  • Hate speech or discrimination against protected groups
  • Child sexual abuse or exploitation material (CSAE) — reported to authorities immediately
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery
  • Doxxing or sharing others' personal information
  • Spam, scams, phishing, or commercial promotion
  • Content that encourages self-harm or suicide (we provide crisis resources instead)

Violations result in immediate content removal and account termination. We respond to all reports within 24 hours.

4. Content Ownership

You own the content you post. By posting on ConfessReels, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and store your content as part of the service. You can delete your content at any time.

5. Moderation

We use automated content filtering and community reporting to keep the platform safe. Content that violates these terms may be automatically hidden or removed. Users who repeatedly violate these terms will be permanently banned.

6. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also delete your own account at any time. When your account is deleted, your personal data is removed. Posts may be retained in anonymized form.

7. Disclaimer

ConfessReels is provided "as is." We do our best to keep the platform safe and running, but we make no guarantees. We are not liable for user-generated content or actions taken by other users.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ConfessReels after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
